Buzzetti Variator Locking Tool for For Vespa Primavera, Vespa Sprint, Vespa 946 and '14-'15 Piaggio Fly 125 3V. Vietnam models.  If the Variator fixed plate or outer plate does not have two holes in it, this is the wrong part. 

Fits very few 946 and even less Sprint in the US.
