Malossi Variator for the Honda ADV150.

There appears to be a bit of confusion as to which Malossi variator is appropriate for the Honda ADV 150. Hopefully, this will clear that up.

This is the Variator Malossi developed in September 2022 after receiving a Honda ADV 150, which is not sold in Italy. Scooterpartsco, the largest Malossi Distributor in North America, was the first Malossi dealer and distributor to receive the new variator.

Prior to the development of this variator by Malossi, the Variator for the Honda PCX was being fitted to the ADV 150 by dealers in the United States. In this new Variator, the Movable Half Pulley, with different ramp angles, was changed to one that works better with the ADV 150. If you have, or have seen for sale, the Malossi variator that comes with two sets of roller weights, it is the Honda PCX Variator and it does work in the Honda ADV 150, but not as well as this one.
