These have been sitting in a warehouse for quite some time, and may have small scratches or blemishes on them, which do not affect performance, and mostly aren't visible if you look at the exhaust while mounted on the bike. The protective coating on the chrome may adhere a little better than hoped. That's why they aren't $400. they are all in a similar condition, we aren't going to look through them to find the best one for you, and they are not sold on approval.
