Malossi Torsion Controller for the Honda, Kymco, SYM, Piaggio, Vespa, and a lot of other 50cc engines. 

This ring goes at the bottom of the large clutch spring and allows more of the engine's torque to get to the back wheel. It has been proven in racing applications throughout Europe. This smooths out the ride, and eliminates a lot of the high speed vibration that occurs in the clutch.
