Piaggio Brake Lever for Piaggio BV350 from 2013 on, and BV350 ABS. 

Piaggio also used a Brfembo master cylinder on some early BV 350 models. Make sure this is the one you need. We can't tell from your vin, or your description of the bike. There is a photo, if it looks like the lever in the photo, this is the correct part.
